Qualifications

Job Description:

This Glasgow Law Firm is currently seeking a Lawyer to join its highly regarded Dispute Resolution Team on a full-time basis. The purpose of the role is to manage a broad caseload of diverse civil litigation matters from start to finish with minimal supervision.

The successful candidate can expect to be involved in a variety of dispute cases including contract disputes, commercial landlord & tenants, professional negligence and property disputes. You will also have the opportunity to be involved in some criminal defence work.

The team welcomes applications from candidates at all levels, from NQ to Senior Associate, who have a strong background in general litigation. Experience handling highly sensitive and complex matters is desirable.Exposure to the Sheriff Court and/or First Teir Tribunals is desirable.
