Job summary

JMC Legal Recruitment is seeking a Dispute Resolution Associate/Senior Associate (3–6 PQE) for a well-regarded South West London practice. The role focuses on property disputes, debt recovery and insolvency within a broad civil and commercial disputes caseload.

You will work closely with a collaborative team, manage matters from instruction to resolution and advise clients across private and business matters, with meaningful client exposure and partner support.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' PQE (England & Wales) with strong generalist disputes experience.
• Experience in property disputes, debt recovery and insolvency is essential.
• Ability to manage matters from instruction through to resolution.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied disputes caseload from instruction to resolution.
• Advise on property, debt recovery and insolvency matters.
• Draft pleadings, applications and witness statements.
• Liaise with clients and colleagues across practice areas.
• Support litigation strategy and negotiations.
