A respected offshore firm in the British Virgin Islands is seeking a skilled dispute resolution lawyer to join its expanding litigation practice. Acting for a diverse international client base that includes major financial institutions, multinational corporations, fiduciaries, and HNWIs, the team advises across a broad range of commercial litigation, insolvency, fraud, asset recovery, trust disputes, and related contentious matters. Many of the firm’s cases are multi-jurisdictional in nature, often involving parallel proceedings in other key offshore and onshore financial centres.

The successful candidate will play an integral role in managing high-value litigation from inception through to resolution, working closely with market-leading partners and colleagues. Candidate Requirements:

1. 3–6 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial litigation or insolvency disputes.
2. Admitted to practice in the BVI or England & Wales.
3. Applications are welcomed from both solicitors and barristers with relevant experience.
4. Strong academic background and training from a reputable firm or chambers.
5. Sound technical skills, excellent drafting ability, and commercial awareness.
6. A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
