This is a great role for either an experienced Dispensing Optician Manager, or a Dispensing Optician seeking to develop managerial and leadership skills.

Lynne Fernandes Optometrists are an award winning, nationally renowned independent opticians based in Bristol and Nailsea. You'll be working in a beautifully fitted practice with a great atmosphere and a friendly supportive team.

Requirements

• GOC registered
• Team player
• Proactive with great organisational skills
• Dedicated and flexible to meet demands of a growing business
• Be knowledgeable about lenses and frames, be able to recommend suitable products to customers and use the customers language to explain the features and benefits
• Check and fit spectacles to a high standard.
• Be aware of your own KPIs and be proactive in developing and maintaining them.
• Maintain a friendly, warm and welcoming atmosphere in practice.
• Work with the team to grow and develop the practices.
