You will work closely with Optometrists, ensure consistent handovers, and manage aftersales with a proactive, customer-centric mindset while supporting sales goals and professional development opportunities.

Formación

• Qualified Dispensing Optician registered with GOC.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to develop leadership capabilities and coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high levels of customer service to customers at all times.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure quality handovers.
• Manage aftersales service with a can-do approach.
• Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
