Key Duties

• Available to work full time five days a week plus one weekend day minimum requirement.
• Able to commit to shifts 9am-5:30pm Monday to Saturday and 10am-5pm Sunday.
• Opportunity to work in a highly personable practice that offers just two clinics per day, providing a great opportunity to build lasting personal relationships both internally and externally.
• Management experienced candidates required, or a very experienced Dispensing Optician looking to get into management.
• The ideal applicant would have confidence to perform excellent thorough dispensing at all levels and have a strong ability to run clinics, lead the team, manage rotas, handle complaints, etc.

Package and Benefits:

• Up to £35,000 basic for experienced qualified dispensers with proven managerial experience plus bonus on sales completed.
• 20 days holiday plus bank holidays.
