Role Overview:

As a Dispensing Optician Manager, you will play a crucial role in our store management team. We are passionate about the clinical development of our team, and we support our staff with additional courses and specialisms that interest them. This role includes access to ILM courses, Pre-Reg supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership scheme (Pathway), all of which can help prepare you for future leadership roles, including potentially becoming a store director.
