Job summary

Specsavers Cosham is seeking a Dispensing Optician to join our accomplished team. This role is open to newly qualified or experienced GOC-registered Dispensing Opticians and offers full-time or part-time hours with a focus on delivering the highest patient experience.

You will collaborate with Optometrists, participate in store leadership activities, and have access to ILM pathways and professional development to grow toward store director roles.

Qualifications

• Must be a GOC registered Dispensing Optician.
• Open to newly qualified and experienced Dispensing Opticians.
• Based in Cosham, near Portsmouth, UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to every customer.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure consistent handover for each dispense.
• Manage aftersales service including handling complaints and problem solving.
