Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician/DO Supervisor at their Peterborough location to oversee a dedicated team while maintaining high standards of clinical care. This full-time role involves managing up to 7 staff members and ensuring outstanding patient care.

Offering a competitive salary between £30k - £34k dependent on experience, alongside 28 days annual leave plus benefits including comprehensive clinical development and employee support services.

Qualifications

• Qualified Dispensing Optician with experience overseeing teams.
• Ability to maintain shop floor standards and manage KPIs.
• Strong skills in coaching and staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6 to 7 members and manage one-to-ones.
• Maintain clinical and operational standards in the store.
• Support staff development through coaching and training.

If you're an experienced DO keen to take on more responsabilities then our DO Supervisor opportunity might be just what you're looking for!

As a DO supervisor you will oversee approx 6 to 7 team members, do one-to-ones, oversee the shop floor, maintain standards, manage KPIs and coach staff.

Our Peterborough store host 8 sight test rooms and runs 6 clinics a day with an experienced team.
