Job summary

Specsavers North Shields are seeking a qualified Dispensing Optician to join our busy store. You’ll build on your skills, share knowledge and help customers achieve the best possible service. We are open to an Optical Assistant training as a Dispensing Optician as well.

Qualifications

• BSc (HONS) in Ophthalmic Dispensing is required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Great teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth of the current dispensing team and work closely with other Dispensing Opticians.
• Provide outstanding customer service and accurate dispensing of eyewear.
• Maintain high professional standards and stay updated with clinical practices.

Our store

Based in North Shields, we are looking for a Dispensing Optician to support the growth in our current team and work closely with our other Dispensing Optician. We are happy to consider an Optical Assistant who is looking to train as a Dispensing Optician also.
