Salary: £30,000 - negotiable depending on experience!

Working Hours: Full time or part time considered – some weekend work required.

Experience Level: Will consider experienced or newly qualified dispensing opticians.

Store Insight

We are a 6-testing room store with all the latest equipment to include OCT and phoropters. In store we offer EOS clinics to keep your day to day exciting and have a great connection with our local NHS hospital.

About You:

• A qualified and GOC registered Dispensing Optician.
• Ability to consistently provide excellent levels of customer care.
• Liaise with Optometrists to ensure that each customer you dispense receives an efficient, quality handover.
• Manage aftersales service (including complaints and problem solving).
• Contribute to achievement of individual and team sales targets by demonstrating effective professional sales techniques.
• A practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team.
