Responsibilities

• Ensure all prescriptions are dispensed accurately and promptly in a high-volume environment.
• Support the clinical team with daily activities.
• Follow dispensary procedures and meet quality targets.
• Maintain compliance with legal and professional standards.
• Achieve individual and team targets.
• Label prescriptions accurately and take ownership of dispensing tasks.
• Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacy teams.

Candidate Requirements

• GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above.
• Desirable: NVQ Level 2 Dispensing Assistants qualification or willingness to undertake the course after 3 months.
• Basic IT skills, including Excel.
• Proactive with good communication and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
