A community healthcare provider in Long Stratton is seeking an experienced dispenser to join their team. This role involves processing prescriptions and providing a high-quality dispensing service to patients. Candidates should be NVQ Level 2 qualified in dispensary and possess strong communication and teamwork abilities. The position offers 30 hours per week with a comprehensive benefits package including paid leave and NHS pension scheme.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and highly motivated dispenser to join our team, initially to cover maternity leave, with a view to continued permanent employment - 30 hours per week, will consider slightly less, minimum of 24 hrs.
The purpose of the role is to process all relevant prescriptions as authorised by GPs and prescribing nurses where appropriate in accordance with the principles of good practice and to provide an efficient and accurate dispensing service with minimum supervision and to ensure a high quality safe service to patients.
