A leading veterinary hospital in Stoke-on-Trent seeks a Dispensary Technician to ensure efficient medication management and support client service. This role offers a friendly environment with opportunities for professional development and a commitment to quality care.
We’re looking for an organised, accurate and detail-driven individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician at Lime Trees Veterinary Hospital. This new permanent position has been created to meet the needs of our busy practice and support the whole team in delivering high-quality patient care and client service.

As our Dispensary Technician, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our dispensary is well-managed, safe, and fully stocked. You’ll work closely with clinical and support teams to provide timely medication to clients and ensure accurate lab sample management, while helping maintain a clean and efficient environment. We’ll provide the training you need – all we ask for is a commitment to quality, strong organisation, and a team-oriented mindset.
This is a position you can take ownership of and truly make your own.
We’re ideally looking for someone to work 20 hours across Tuesday and Thursday (8am–7pm), but we are open to discussing up to 30 hours for the right person. This could be made up of two short 5-hour shifts or an additional 10-hour shift – let us know what works for you.

You’ll need:
Minimum 5 GCSEs at A-C or equivalent
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
Confidence using IT systems and updating records precisely
A proactive and organised approach
An interest in animal care (experience in a veterinary setting is desirable but not essential)
