This post provides a unique opportunity to join the pharmacy team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
We are looking for a highly motivated, adaptable and conscientious full-time registered Pharmacy Technician to join Dispensary team as the Dispensary Manager. You must have an eye for detail, work with a high level of accuracy and have effective interpersonal skills.
The Royal Devon was established in April 2022, bringing together the expertise of both the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust and Northern Devon Healthcare NHS Trust.
As a key member of the Trust, youll be joining an exceptional team working together to help our patients when they need it most.
You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills while managing staff, providing training and ensuring that safe and efficient systems of work are maintained in the dispensary. You will also be responsible for auditing the service to ensure it meets agreed performance and quality standards.
Any successful applicant for the above post will be required to participate in 7 day working to include late duties, bank holidays and weekend working.

Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2025/6 rates, inclusive of a 3.6% pay award which will be implemented later this year. If you join before the implementation date, the pay award will be backdated to your start date. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2024/5 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2024/25 | NHS Employers)
