As our Butchery Intake & Dispatch Team Manager you’ll help shape Riverford’s future in a busy intake & dispatch team that delivers organic meat to homes across the country. The role involves booking deliveries, sealing, weighing, labelling, and ensuring all loads leave on time with no delays to the transport company.

We need a key manager who manages, motivates and inspires the packing team. A real empathy with our brand, passion for organic meat and understanding what customers want is essential.

Salary: £35,543 per annum.

Location: Riverford Butchery, Dean Court, Lower Dean, TQ11 0LT – reliable transport required as public transport routes are inaccessible.

Hours: 40 hours a week, Sunday to Thursday. Earliest start 6.00, latest finish 16.00. Flexibility for overtime during busy periods such as in the run‑up to Christmas.
