Berry Recruitment is currently hiring a dedicated and experienced Dispatch Operative to work for a pharmaceutical organization in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This rapidly expanding company seeks motivated and progressive individuals eager to learn all aspects of the business.

Role: Dispatch Operative

Salary: £25,500 - 26,000 per annum

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire

Hours: Rotating weekly between 08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order fulfillment - processing shipment orders.
  • Picking & packing stock items by batch number and quantity.
  • Maintaining accurate stock levels and replenishing within pick boxes.
  • Highlighting low stock levels for reordering.
  • Cleaning and tidying the packing station during and after shifts.
  • Goods receipt, ensuring products are correct, undamaged, properly marked, and stored appropriately.
  • Basic Excel data entry for reporting.

About you:

  • Warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
