Berry Recruitment is currently hiring for a Dispatch Operative to work for a pharmaceutical organisation in Oxford, Oxfordshire. This company is rapidly expanding and seeks self-motivated and progressive individuals to join their team and learn all areas of the business.

Role:

Dispatch Operative

Salary:

£25,500 - £26,000 per annum

Location:

Oxford, Oxfordshire

Hours:

Rotating weekly between 08:00-16:30 and 08:30-17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order fulfilment - processing orders for shipment.
• Picking & packing stock items by batch number and quantity.
• Completing daily stock checks.
• Maintaining and replenishing stock within the allocated pick boxes.
• Highlighting low stock levels for re-order.
• Cleaning and tidying the packing station during and after shifts.
• Goods receipt, ensuring products are correct, undamaged, and properly stored.
• Performing basic Excel data entry to generate reports.

About You:

• Computer literate (Word, Excel).
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
