Job Opportunity: Despatch Operative at Foyle Campsie

Foyle Campsie, located at Lisahally, is seeking a Despatch Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the largest Red Meat processing companies in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate will be part of a busy despatch team, supporting daily operations of the Despatch Department. Responsibilities include completing necessary documentation, meeting strict deadlines, and ensuring compliance with customer specifications, meat quality, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations.

Essential Criteria:

• Ability to handle manual handling tasks
• Effective communicator with pride in their work and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to work independently
• Adherence to health and safety guidelines
• Flexible regarding working hours

Desirable Criteria:

• Experience with Counterbalance FLT, Reach FLT, and Shunter
• Experience in a despatch environment
• Food hygiene qualification

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: early shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM and late shift from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Additional weekend work and public holiday dispatch cover on a rotational basis.
