Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Dispatch and Distribution Manager to oversee our dispatch and warehouse operations. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and driving continuous improvement across all aspects of logistics and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily dispatch operations, ensuring the timely delivery of products to customers.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports, and implement process improvements.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyse logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
