Summary

Duties

• For smooth supply chain operations, work with third-party logistics (3PL) suppliers.
• Oversee the shipping and receiving procedures, making sure that all corporate rules and guidelines are followed.
• Perform data entry duties associated with dispatch operations while keeping precise shipment and inventory records.
• Analyse logistics data to find areas that need improvement and put solutions in place.
• To improve service delivery and address problems, communicate clearly with suppliers, clients, and team members.
