The Dishwasher is responsible for ensuring all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans are cleaned and sanitized.

Core Responsibilities:

Operate dish washing machine or hand wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
Maintain preparation and service areas in a sanitary condition, empty trash and move to dump site, comply with local sanitation standards.
Perform opening and closing procedures; contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of facility.

Qualifications:

Willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail.
Flexibility with evenings and weekend schedule to work as required.
