The Commercial Dishwasher Engineer/Field Service Engineer role involves undertaking service, maintenance, and repair of commercial washing machines & tumble dryers and laundry equipment at customer premises such as hotels, restaurants & schools. You will be field-based in the East Midlands region, primarily in Leicester/Nottingham.
More specifically, your work includes warranty checks, fault-finding, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of multi-brand commercial ware-washing equipment, dishwashers, and drying cabinets according to your qualifications/strengths. Ongoing training is provided, and you will be cross-trained to an expert level in additional manufacturers and product types!
The role also requires scheduling, customer care, manual handling, H&S compliance, and some paperwork/PDA.
All necessary tools, including a new company van (with AC) & fuel card for private mileage, are provided.

To succeed as a Commercial Dishwasher Engineer, you should have appliance service/repair experience including white goods, along with:

A competitive salary of £30K-£40K depending on qualifications and experience.
• Basic salary from: £30,000 - £40,000
• 40-hour working week
• Door-to-door pay
• Monday to Friday work (no on-call)
• Overtime paid at flat rate: x1.5 on weekdays, x2 on Sundays
