Overview

Disease Litigation Solicitor, NQ+, Birmingham, to c£50,000 (DOE). A new opportunity for an ambitious Disease Litigation Solicitor to join a leading team in Birmingham – JOB REF: 1165.

Responsibilities
  • Manage your own caseload of litigated claims advising insurers and corporate clients.
  • Work closely with senior colleagues, supporting on more complex cases.
  • Deal directly with clients from day one and develop strong relationships with existing and new client contacts.
  • Develop strong skills in building client relationships and participate in marketing and networking initiatives with colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Disease Litigation with focus on NIHL, HAVS/WRULD and asbestos claims.
