A leading Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced Disease Litigation Lawyer to join their Disease team based in Manchester, due to organic growth within the practice. This is an excellent chance to work on high-quality defendant personal injury claims for a broad and established client base.

As a Disease Litigation Lawyer, you will handle a diverse caseload, including:

• Asbestos-related claims.
• Noise-Induced Hearing Loss.
• Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome.
• Employer's Liability/Public Liability matters.

You will work alongside experienced partners and senior team members, with exposure to multi-jurisdictional work and cutting-edge legal tech solutions that support efficient case progression.

Clients you will work with include:

• Major insurers
• Corporate clients
• Third-party administrators
• Insurance brokers

What we're looking for:

• 3-5 years' experience in defendant personal injury litigation (all levels with the relevant experience will be considered).
• Proven ability to handle fast-track DCP (Disease Claims Portal) claims.
• Strong knowledge of relevant disease-related litigation processes.
• Experience managing client relationships effectively.
• A commercial, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
