About your new role
Candidates would ideally have experience in handling a case load of fast/multi track disease claims. This role will require successful candidates to manage a modest caseload of litigated noise induced hearing loss claims, whilst supporting Partners, Principal Associates and Associates with their caseloads of complex work, in particular asbestos related claims. This is an opportunity to join a well-established and experienced team handling a variety of work working with all levels of fee earner.
Main duties and responsibilities
About You
Ideally, you will have previous experience in NIHL claims, although training in relation to complex claims will be provided as required. As the role is varied, we are looking for you to have a flexible approach to the work you do and be able to adapt to different tasks. It would be preferable but not essential for you to have:
