Mason Blake is seeking a Discretionary Sales professional to join their Distribution team in Greater London. The role involves managing client relationships and driving new business opportunities, particularly with discretionary clients, including DFMs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of wholesale sales experience, a track record of relationship management, and knowledge of derivatives products. Strong progression opportunities and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ wholesale sales experience, ideally with strong exposure to DFMs.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with discretionary clients.
• Self-motivated and able to take ownership of accounts.

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of distribution across London and Channel Islands regions.
• Manage and develop client relationships across the full product range.
• Promote innovative solutions to improve client portfolios.
• Drive new business opportunities and expand market share.
• Work closely with senior colleagues to deliver tailored solutions.
