In this role, you will work in a small, friendly team and be responsible for processing applications, verifying details, contacting customers, and making payments.
We require a candidate educated to GCSE level, with good grades in Maths and English (or equivalent), and an excellent standard of literacy, spelling, grammar, and numeracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
You should be an experienced computer user and ideally have experience working in a customer contact environment.
