Outstanding knowledge and passion in the selected subject
Candidates should have the ability to understand exam board specifications in order to create engaging content that will inspire pupils
An understanding of what is required to be successful at GCSE level in this subject
Strong work ethic, with a disciplined approach to remote working
Happy to solve problems and to come up with ideas and solutions
An interest in education or becoming a teacher would be beneficial but not essential
An excellent communicator who enjoys working within a small team
