Job description

Join Discover Rutland at this exciting time and help us grow the destination’s appeal by working on key projects to support tourism and the local visitor economy.

This is a Fixed Term Contract up to 12 months.

About you…

You will have a background in marketing, preferably within the visitor economy sector, and an understanding of destination management. You will also have an awareness of Rutland’s tourism assets.

About the role…

working alongside the Tourism Lead and the Discover Rutland Tourism Committee, you will help raise the profile of Rutland through;

  • Developing key projects such as Accessible Rutland
  • Delivering marketing campaigns
  • Supporting digital marketing assets
  • Supporting Discover Rutland members and the membership scheme
  • Working with key partners across the county and wider region
  • Promoting the county at key shows throughout the year
