We are looking for two Disclosure Coordinators to join our Information Governance team and support the delivery of complex disclosure and investigation programmes. This is a unique opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring sensitive patient and corporate information is identified, validated, quality assured and disclosed in accordance with legal, regulatory, and organisational requirements.
Working closely with Information Governance, clinical services, Health Records, Digital teams, Legal Services and other key stakeholders, you will help ensure information is managed with the highest standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
This vacancy is advertised as a time-limited opportunity is expected to be undertaken on a secondment basis.

Please note: This role does not meet the minimum criteria for visa sponsorship under the current UK immigration rules, which set specific salary and skill thresholds. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to work of significant organisational importance, supporting transparency, learning and service improvement. You will be involved in reviewing and managing complex records and information, helping to ensure that disclosure activities are completed accurately, securely and within agreed timescales.
This role involves regular exposure to sensitive and potentially distressing information relating to clinical incidents, patient outcomes, investigations, and complaints. Candidates should demonstrate emotional resilience and the ability to deal professionally.
