Job Title: Disability Swim Teaching Assistant
Location: Bournemouth
Salary: GBP13.68 - GBP16.12 per hour
Contract Type: Full time/Part time
Start Date: Immediate or September

GSL Education are currently looking for a Disability Swim Teaching Assistant to join a local school based in Bournemouth!

About the Role:
The school is looking for a caring, enthusiastic Disability Swim Teaching Assistant to support children and adults with disabilities in the pool. Working alongside qualified instructors, you ll help build water confidence, develop swimming skills, and ensure every session is safe and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the delivery of engaging and adaptive swimming sessions

  • Encourage and motivate participants of all abilities

  • Swim England Helper or Teaching Assistant qualifications (desirable but not essential)
