As a Disability Support Worker in a Gosport-based school, you will play a crucial role in providing personalised care and assistance to students with disabilities. This position offers a unique chance to contribute to the well-being and independence of those in our care.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with students with disabilities to provide tailored support in daily activities of school.
• Implement individualised care plans, lesson plan and ensure the well-being and safety of those under your care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including class teacher and staffs and, to ensure holistic support.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of students' progress and activities.

Qualifications:
