Job summary

pointblank, a leading music education provider in London, is hiring a Student Support contact for disabled students. The role involves coordinating support, liaising with Registry, and creating individual learning plans with reasonable adjustments.

A strong understanding of EHCPs and related medical documentation is essential. This full-time position offers a hybrid London arrangement with at least two days on-site per week, and a focus on delivering empathetic, high-quality support to students

Qualifications

• Experience in working with disabled students and knowledge of related support needs.
• Ability to develop individual learning support plans and implement reasonable adjustments.
• Familiarity with EHCPs and medical documentation interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate support for disabled students in liaison with Registry and other teams.
• Develop individual learning support plans with reasonable adjustments.
• Read and interpret medical documentation related to student needs.
• Deliver high-quality, individualised support and act as named point of contact.
