Qualifications

• Significant experience of disability support within Higher Education.
• Thorough understanding of DSA-funded support, reasonable adjustments and inclusive practice.
• Proven experience leading and developing professional staff and managing a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to interpret complex information and apply professional judgement to support delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for a multidisciplinary specialist support team.
