About Our Client

Our client is committed to providing exceptional services for disabled children, young people, and adults. As the Service Delivery Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of services and maintaining high standards in Ofsted and CQC regulated activities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure all regulated services meet registration requirements.
  • Align systems and processes across services, addressing shared issues and opportunities.
  • Continuously improve work practices and service delivery.
  • Implement and monitor policies, ensuring high standards in safeguarding, medication, and health and safety record-keeping.
  • Collaborate with service leads to identify and arrange appropriate training.
  • Manage supervision and appraisal processes for staff and service managers.
  • Oversee induction, training, and team events.
  • Support recruitment processes and policy implementation.
  • Maintain safe, suitable, and well-maintained equipment and spaces.
  • Manage contracts and budgets within set tolerances.
  • Ensure accurate and compliant handling of service user information under UK GDPR.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance frameworks and governance.
  • Monitor safeguarding concerns, incidents, and accidents for trends and improvements.
Candidate Requirements
