Job summary

Brighton & Hove Albion Foundation is seeking a Disability Coordinator to streamline daily operations, manage finances and data, and support the growth of disability football programmes from our Brighton offices.

The role is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract and a salary of £26,000–£27,000 per annum. The candidate must have a proactive, organised approach and a passion for inclusive sport.

Qualifications

• A proactive problem-solver who can identify inefficiencies and implement better administrative processes.
• A highly organised professional comfortable juggling financial tasks, data entry (Salesforce/Excel) and operational logistics.
• An excellent communicator who can work seamlessly across departments and build relationships with external partners.
• Someone with a genuine passion for inclusive sports and a flexible approach to working hours to support event and session delivery.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational heartbeat of the Disability Football department, streamlining daily operations.
• Manage finances and data, ensuring accurate reporting and records.
• Support the growth of disability football programmes through proactive administrative support.
• Collaborate across teams and with external partners to optimise delivery and impact.
