Nottinghamshire County Council is recruiting a Targeted Practitioner to join the Specialist Support Team. The role involves delivering targeted interventions for disabled children and young people across the county, working with coordinators to ensure services run smoothly, and offering direct, bespoke support to families to help them access resources.

Applicants should have at least 2 years’ experience in relevant child-focused settings, NVQ level 3 or equivalent, and a driving licence (unless

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Children’s Social Care, Early Help Services, or Customer Services, with direct service delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and guidance affecting children and families.
• Full driving licence (unless registered disabled).

Responsabilités

• Deliver targeted interventions and support for disabled children and young people.
• Collaborate with co-ordinators to ensure the smooth running of our countywide service.
