Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking an experienced Support Worker to assist a 19-year-old living with cerebral palsy who uses a wheelchair. You will provide personal care, moving and handling, medication administration, and support with daily activities and community outings. Role requires a full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and reliable vehicle.

Previous experience with complex needs is essential. DBS check and references will be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting young people or adults with complex needs such as cerebral palsy, acquired brain injury and epilepsy is essential.
• Must hold a full Clean UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and have access to a reliable vehicle for work purposes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living support including personal care, moving and handling, and medication administration.
• Support client with activities and outings in the community.
• Ensure safety and well-being, adhering to care plans and safeguarding policies.
