A governmental organization in Liverpool is seeking registered nurses or qualified health professionals to conduct client assessments for benefits eligibility. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be proactive, and have at least one year of post-registration experience. Excellent training and a competitive salary of £37,800 per annum are offered, along with a supportive work environment.
What does the role involve? The role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day. A typical day will see you carry out telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life. You'll listen to their experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine their eligibility for benefits. That's the good news; the DWP make the final decision, you don't. Your role is to gather information and produce the report.
