Responsibilities
  • The role will involve you carrying out 3 client assessments per day, including telephone, video or face-to-face assessments to understand how a person's disability or health condition affects their daily life.
  • You’ll listen to clients' experiences, ask questions and use your insights to produce a factual report to help the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) determine eligibility for benefits. The final decision rests with the DWP; your role is to gather information and produce the report.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality reports are completed accurately and on time.
