This is a hybrid role, involving work from home and in-office work.
As a PIP Functional Assessor, you will evaluate clients with complex health issues through face-to-face or telephone assessments. You will utilize various information sources to create reports sent to the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP). You will assess up to 4 individuals per day.
You must hold a full and clear NMC/HCPC registration and have at least 1 year of post-registration experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. This role supports the maintenance of your NMC/HCPC registration, with revalidation support provided throughout your career.
You will receive industry-leading training lasting approximately six months. Post-training, you will continue to benefit from Continuous Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and have the chance to develop your career further.
