An exciting secondment opportunity has arisen for a full-time Medical Secretary in the Oncology Department.
The post holder will be responsible for providing a comprehensive, confidential, and efficient secretarial service to the Oncology department, including support to Consultant Oncologists, their junior staff, and the Oncology Team.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising with a wide range of internal and external personnel, including external organizations.
The candidate should be able to manage the daily operations of the office, handle their workload independently, and work effectively under tight and multiple deadlines in a constantly changing environment.
