We are excited to offer an opportunity for a highly motivated and dynamic nursing leader to take on the role of Cross-Site Head of Nursing and Allied Health Care Professionals for Theatres, Anaesthetics and Critical Care on a 12-month fixed-term contract for maternity cover. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care, championing compassionate leadership, and fostering an inclusive and diverse working culture.

As Head of Nursing, you will provide strategic leadership and professional oversight across specialist medicine services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are upheld. Working collaboratively across professional boundaries, you will engage with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally, advocating for patients and staff alike. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving quality improvement, supporting clinical governance frameworks, and aligning services with national and local objectives.
