A leading mental health organization in Little Hulton seeks a Directorate Administrator to provide efficient administrative support for managers and clinicians. Responsibilities include managing diaries, organizing meetings and events, and maintaining confidentiality in handling reports and correspondence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills and previous administrative experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to mental health services in a supportive environment.
The Directorate Administrator will provide a full and comprehensive administration service for multiple managers / clinicians within the Senior Leadership Team, ensuring a well organised and effective service.
You will ensure each of your allocated managers / clinicians are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the service.
