Director, Warehouse Finance | London, UK | Hybrid

My Client, an International bank in the City, seeks a Director level Warehouse Finance professional to join their London team.

The role will involve the underwriting and management of warehouse finance facilities for the Bank's UK and European Fintech client base, leading key aspects of credit analysis, transaction structuring, term sheet negotiation, and broader deal execution.

Candidate Background/Requirements:

1. Financial modelling and structuring asset backed facilities
2. Highly skilled at building cashflow models and performing collateral analysis
3. Highly competent with legal documentation
4. Skilled at structuring, negotiating, and closing asset backed facilities
5. Adept at working with large data pools to assess the quality and completeness of the information
6. Quantitative Bachelor’s degree / CFA or equivalent education, or equivalent work experience specific to this role
7. Structured finance experience from investment or commercial banks, specialised lenders, asset managers or rating agencies
8. A keen interest in the technology sector and venture capital / private equity transactions
9. Experience working with early-stage Fintech companies and startups is a positive
