The Role

Join Veeva as we modernize laboratory management software. Have the opportunity to be at the forefront of crafting Veeva’s solution for customers in Life Sciences. This role is seeking a leader with a deep understanding of the global life sciences and manufacturing space with expertise in laboratory informatics.
In this role, you will provide industry thought leadership to help craft customer solutions, facilitate relationships with key partners, and support customer success. Your mission is to lead the introduction of Vault LIMS to the European region.

What You'll Do

1. Responsible for entering and growing the European market for laboratory informatics in Veeva’s product portfolio
2. Provide thought leadership and direction to field-facing teams, including creating and maintaining relationships with executive leadership
3. Provide business and technology guidance to the product team in support of new or enhanced features and functionality in laboratory informatics software
4. Develop strategy and messaging for customer adoption of laboratory informatics solutions and maturing the product for future adoption by new and existing customers
5. Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery and beyond
6. Serve as an evangelist in the space by presenting at industry conferences, leading webinars, and authoring content for industry publications
7. Engage with communities of practice and manage relationships with partners

Requirements

1. 8+ years of laboratory informatics software consulting for life sciences companies OR working with a laboratory informatics software vendor
2. Proven ability to innovate across business processes and technology solutions
3. Ability to hold meaningful conversations with customer stakeholders and relevant IT leaders regarding laboratory informatics software applications and their use within multiple functional areas
4. Ability to travel for customer meetings and presentations up to 40%
