Job summary

Moderna is expanding its presence in the UK and seeks a senior leader to own UK Pricing, Reimbursement & Market Access (PRA). Reporting to the General Manager UK, you will shape the PRA strategy, collaborate with local and Global teams, and drive access for vaccines, rare diseases and oncology portfolios.

London-based with extensive cross-functional partnership responsibilities. You will lead pricing negotiations, support evidence generation, and engage with government bodies and HTA processes

Qualifications

• Experience in biotechnology/pharmaceuticals
• Experience in UK Market Access and vaccines advantageous
• Strong analytical and business judgment skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse audiences
• Ability to work across local and global teams

Responsibilities

• Lead UK PRA strategy and negotiations
• Collaborate with Regulatory, Medical, Communications, External Affairs and Marketing
• Manage Health Economic Outcomes Research alignment and evidence generation
• Develop access and outcomes research to strengthen value proposition
• Engage with UK Health Security Agency and HTA bodies
• Build relationships with government and key health stakeholders
• Represent insights to inform strategy and execution
