Job summary

KPMG’s Treasury Tax team is seeking a Senior Manager/Director with deep experience in UK loan relationships and derivative contracts to lead high-impact advisories. The role offers flexible location across UK offices with regular travel to London or Leeds and travel to clients as needed.

You will shape market-facing propositions, develop people, and drive growth by delivering technically robust, commercially grounded tax solutions in complex financing arrangements.

Qualifications

• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent, with significant corporate tax experience.
• Deep technical knowledge of UK loan relationships and derivative contracts regimes, including related rules.
• Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring abilities with market focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide robust technical advice on treasury tax matters for clients and KPMG teams.
• Lead complex projects including M&A, debt restructuring and refinancing.
• Develop market opportunities and build trusted client relationships across the UK.
• Coach and mentor team members and contribute to training.
• Promote collaboration, technical excellence and commercial focus within the practice.
