RPS is seeking a Transport Planning Director to join our UK Transport Planning Team. The key focus of this role is to identify new opportunities to expand our client base and contribute to RPS's growth and success. We leverage our transport planning expertise across various sectors including energy, residential, commercial, sporting, leisure, health, and education.

You will generate new business, lead and develop your team, and provide expert transport planning advice to clients to ensure the success of their land use development projects.
You will have autonomy, with full support from the wider Transport Team, to grow the business supporting developers, housebuilders, and infrastructure providers.
Ideal candidates will have sector experience and be familiar with our requirements. We seek a highly skilled and experienced transport planner with excellent client contacts, top-tier communication, leadership, management skills, and financial acumen to meet P&L targets.
